If an item doesn't meet the strict UK hallmarking standards, we take it directly to the London Assay Office. There, it is independently tested (assayed) and struck with our own Sponsor Mark. This means:

• Total Transparency: If a piece is stamped "10k" but tests as 9ct gold, we hallmark it as 9ct and sell it as such. We believe in honesty over everything else.
